Apparently, intellectualizing or ignoring or denying or drinking or eating or projecting or running away from the feelings isn’t the same as feeling the feelings.
I’ve been kicking this around for a few months now, and I’m still a work in progress. Today is a good day to acknowledge the losses I carry, and that lurk just under the surface of everything I do.
