Signs of spring are everywhere. Even in the parking lots 🙂
And in the spirit of renewal (and impending shorts season), I’m back to being more mindful about my daily food and exercise goals. It probably does not surprise you that I do well when I actually track the numbers – not the weight, but the steps, calories in, minutes of activity, and hours of sleep. It’s a combination of control and flexibility that works for me… and something I can stick with for more than a week.
And really, it’s the helpful bits of information like these that make me love logging my meals.
