Today has been a “lay in bed, drink coffee, read a book, snuggle furry animals, clear driveways, and eat pasta” kind of day.

Woke up early, watched the snow come down sideways for a few minutes, and went back to bed with a book.
Stopped in to visit Lizzie. Hooray for AWD and chains – some of our roads are quite a mess.
Today’s lunch was last night’s pasta with Italian sausage. Apparently, I CAN ask the butcher for “one mild Italian sausage” and keep a straight face, even if my 12-year old brain is giggling uncontrollably.
