Left Mammoth this morning, and it was a beautiful, scenic drive past Mono Lake and through Wellington back to Tahoe.

I haven’t tried this yet, but between the name and the ingredients, I have pretty high hopes.

Turned east at Bridgeport and drove along the east fork of the Walker River
Homemade (by Lauren) pasta bolognese. Absolutely delicious!
