So, apparently Halloween is a big deal in my new neighborhood. Like, a really big deal. Lauren has let me know that I can expect 4-5 hours of constant doorbells and dog barking. She’s ordering candy, and recommended I host a dinner party with a crockpot of food and have friends over to help manage the trick or treaters. It’s been a few years since I lived in a Halloween-heavy spot, so I may be out of practice, but right now, I feel up to the challenge.
