Q. When do I feel most helpful to others?
Usually when I’m assisting someone with a computer or web issue. Which is probably a good thing, considering how I’m paying my bills these days.
I love when I have figured something out, and I can share that knowledge with others. It’s almost like, ‘that’s why I learned this – so I could help X with X.’ It can be as complex as designing a website, or as simple as ‘I just saw an article about the very thing that has you stumped. Here’s the link…’ Or, ‘You’re looking for X? I saw that a minute ago in aisle 3.’
