I don’t always go sightseeing at Emerald Bay, but when I do, it’s a holiday weekend.

Snagged a parking spot and a lovely view, despite the 4,000 other tourists out there.

Also, got to massively indulge at Hell’s Kitchen for dinner. It was amazing, start to finish.

First course: scallops
Main course: Beef Wellington. Absolutely delicious. I had no idea.
Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding
Bourbon old fashioned. With a branded orange peel.
