Today I introduced my housemates to the famous New Jersey “Pork roll Egg and Cheese.” It was a hit!

I did not take this photo. Lauren did. She is a pro photographer – usually of weddings, concerts, portraits, and commercial work, but she takes a hell of a breakfast photo also.
